The murder of Itzhak Rabin in 1995 marked the point of divergence between the hope for peace and the ongoing "war" between Israel and the Palestinians.

One of the few who are still persistently fighting for a peaceful co-existence of both States, is Isreali journalist and politician Uri Avnery with his Gush Shalom Group (Peace-Group). This documentary will show the "fighters for peace" at work in the midst of the recent violent escalation.
